She and her husband and partner Charlie work together as a leading residential real estate team and serve clients throughout the greater Seattle area, including Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, and beyond.
Recognized as a rising star early in her real estate career, Erin serves as a go-to guide for clients relocating to the Seattle area. She has cultivated a deep knowledge of property types and communities and offers outstanding resources for ensuring a seamless move and for making the most out of living in the Pacific Northwest.
With a background in marketing and journalism, Erin possesses a specialized skillset for elevated listing representation and executes a customized marketing plan for every home. She takes a hands-on approach from the very beginning, providing expert guidance for market preparation, strategy, and pricing. She orchestrates sophisticated staging, stunning photography, and cinematic videography toward an impactful market launch and the most optimal exposure and sale outcome.
Prior to real estate, Erin worked in marketing for medical publishing and technology firms and was also a freelance writer for magazines and several online publications. She has a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri and a BA in English from St. Olaf College.
In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, participating in running events, and enjoying baseball games and outdoor adventures with Charlie and their two boys.
